I participated in my first mountain bike race when I was 12 (1995) and took first place. I raced the New Mexico Point Series in 1996, 1997 and 1998/1999. Is it now the end of the 1999/2000 season and I was just too busy to do any racing this year but I really want to get back into it in 2001. My overall standing for the 98/99 season was second in the state for the Junior age 12-18 racing category. Here are some photos of a MTB (Mountain Bike) race I was in during the 98/99 season...
